What’s motherhood like when your neighbour is a paddock & the shops are an hour away? - rural living realities with Stephanie from Motherland

This week, we explore the highs and lows of rural motherhood with Stephanie Trethewey, founder of Motherland. What’s it really like raising kids when your neighbour is a paddock and the shops are an hour away?

Motherland is a national charity that connects rural mums across Australia, reducing isolation and improving mental health outcomes for women on the land. Launched in 2019, it has since grown quickly into a national organisation and multiple support services including the Motherland Podcast, Motherland Village Program, Scholarship Fund, Motherland Connect health platform, and Motherland Events.

Whether you're raising kids in the bush or the 'burbs, this episode is a reminder of the strength found in motherhood—no matter the postcode.

As always, we hope you enjoy!
