Beyond the Bump
Beyond the Bump is a podcast brought to you by Jayde Couldwell and Sophie Pearce. It began in the baby years and has grown right alongside us, because motherhood keeps evolving long after the baby stage ends.
This is a place for real conversations and honest questions, no matter how hard, about the parts of motherhood that often go unspoken. The mental load that changes shape rather than easing. The identity shifts. The stage where life doesn’t suddenly feel simpler. Wherever you are in it, the aim is the same: to leave you feeling lighter, more understood and a little less alone after every listen.

Beyond The Bump is a brand new podcast, brought to you by Jayde Couldwell and Sophie Pearce! A podcast targeted at mums, just like you! A place to have real conversations with honest and authentic people. In our fifth episode of Beyond The Bump, we ask Dr Timmy (obstetrician, gynaecologist, fertility specialist and most importantly Sophie's dad) your requested questions! We were overwhelmed with your response when we announced that we would be interviewing Dr Timmy so due to the number of questions we have had to split this episode into two parts. If you haven't listened to part 1 of this episode, we recommend that you listen to that episode first. It covers what you guys wanted to know about pregnancy, labour and miscarriage. This episode is part 2, and Dr Timmy answers your questions about tears, caesareans, VBACs, fertility, infertility and postpartum.
Follow us on instagram at @beyondthebump.podcast to stay up to date with behind the scenes and future episodes. You can follow Dr Timmy on instagram at @timmychippin - but warning there will be nothing O&G related and just photos of his grandchildren!
