In our 75th episode of Beyond the Bump, we speak to Rana. She is the mum of near two-year-old twins - they were micro preemies when they were born. Rana goes into her experience in having a high-risk pregnancy, having micro prem babies and the reality of having twins as well.
We must admit we feel so bad that it has taken us 70-something episodes to speak to the mum of preemie bubs because it is just such an all-consuming experience. So, if you're a mum out there who did have preemie bubs, sorry it's taken us this long, but we hope you really resonate with so much with what Rana said in this episode.
Also, if you are a mum of twins or preemies, Rana has recommended these amazing Facebook groups you can join for support:

In our 70th episode of Beyond the Bump we answer your ‘post-partum relationship’ questions. We know that at the start of every episode we say, ‘We can't always promise this will be PG so please be mindful around little ears.’ Well, we really mean that this week - apparently when we talk about postpartum relationships, we both get incredibly fiery and drop a lot of F-bombs. So yeah, we would recommend maybe listening to this one with headphones. We chat about all things post partum relationships - love, resentment, sex and so much more!
We hope you absolutely LOVE this episode!

We speak to Melissa about being a young mum - she had Jayde at 18 when she was still in high school. Melissa answers a lot of questions that came through relating to being a young mum. She also speaks to being a mum of one (which is not talked about enough), still going strong with her baby daddy (aka Jayde’s father), a little on perimenopause and more!
